Early stage: The customer sends the drawings to us for evaluation and quotation. If there are any technical difficulties, they will be raised at this time. If the customer does not have drawings, they can provide electrical parameters and usage scenarios, and our company will evaluate whether it can be designed.

Quotation: Quotation is made according to the transaction terms required by the customer. Quotation time limit: Submit within 24 hours after receiving the demand.

Order: After the two parties sign the contract, the order will be arranged after receiving the deposit actually agreed with the customer.

Drawing: After the order is placed, the engineer will draw the drawing according to the customer's requirements. This drawing will describe the dimensions, tolerances, production processes, raw materials, etc. in detail, and the drawing is generally completed in 1~2 days.

Customer confirmation of drawings: The customer reviews the drawings and confirms the drawings after they are correct.

Mold opening: If the ordered product has a mold, this item is not necessary. If the ordered product needs to be molded, our company will arrange the mold opening after confirming the drawings, and the mold opening time is 3~5 days.

Production: After the mold is completed, formal production, inspection, packaging, and warehousing will be carried out.

Final payment and delivery: After receiving the final payment, the goods will be shipped according to the customer's requirements.

Sample delivery time: 1~2 weeks for sample delivery.

Mass production delivery time: 3~5 weeks for delivery.
